Based out of Los Angeles, Vox Sinistra has been DJing and hosting Strict Tempo for the children of the night and for lovers of alternative electronic music. Her reputation is unmatched and she is using her influence to rock the scene in a new way by launching her own record label under the same name as her event series. Back in the beginning of October Strict Tempo’s record label was officially launched with two massive, self-titled compilations.
Respectively titled Volume 1 and Volume 2, these compilations contain such names as Bestial Mouths, Broken Nails, Sleek Teeth, WLDV, and so many others. Twenty-four tracks in total to keep your dancefloor lit up all night long. Strict Tempo Vol. 1 and 2 is available in both digital and limited-edition CD formats and features a wide array of genres including EBM, darkwave, coldwave, industrial, dark techno, post-punk, italo-disco, and more.
In addition, Strict Tempo has just recently released a remix collection of Suze Sabotage’s seminal single ‘Nazi Goths, Fuck Off’. Snowbeasts, The Cassandra Complex, and Blaklight are just a few of the names to appear on the eight-track remix EP. You can check it out in full below.
