Ships in the Night drops music video for Blood Harmony

Sure, Halloween may be over but I’m one of those kids (adults) that says Halloween never dies and that it can be celebrated (almost) all year round. That’s why I was more than excited when I saw Ships in the Night released a music video for her song Blood Harmony in celebration of All Hallow’s Eve. The single comes off of her most recent album Protection Spells which has garnered acclaim from both critics and her audience alike. Her witchy prowess and dream-like darkwave decadence has allowed founder Alethea Leventhal to garner a cult-following since her inception. You can stream the video below.

Speaking on Blood Harmony, Leventhal had this to say: This video is about coming together to keep each other safe,” explains Leventhal. “It reflects the times we are living through and the hope to counter what feels dark and cold with warmth and light. It’s about leaning on one another, soft strength and taking back our power.
