Industrial Metal Band Hasswut Releases New Album Sauerstoff

For everyone who’s just as curious as I am the title of this album translates to oxygen in English which just so happens to fit the theme of the album. The Spanish industrial metal band wanted to use the lack of oxygen and suffocation as a metaphor to being unable to move on or evolve and how they relate to personal and social struggles. You can grab a copy directly below.

The seven track album is available in digital, CD, and vinyl formats and features some awesome cover art inspired by anime. Gotta admit that the gas mask kind of looks like it has a tail from a Facehugger leading into the respirator. Perhaps this was intentional as facehuggers not only hug faces but also stop you from breathing for a short moment.
