Formidable Hate Machine : Inception of Textured Audio Violence
Industrial metal act Formidable Hate Machine has released their debut album "Inception of Textured Audio Violence". Inspired by such acts as Godflesh, Ministry, Pitchshifter, and Skin Chamber, FHM claims to be the "first-ever original industrial metal act from India". While I can't prove or disprove that claim, the duo has stated that their music is inspired by several different music genres (80s pop, doom metal, ambient, avant-garde metal), television, current affairs, social media, and other such things. Mind Machine : Do You Hear Me Anymore

UNITCODE:MACHINE : Themes for a Collapsing Empire
Electro-industrial band UNITCOD:MACHINE has released their brand new album "Themes For A Collapsing Empire". The album follows Eric Kristoffer's mind as he copes with 2020's tragic events, exploring paths of loss and regret. The band has stated that the album has been written more from the perspective of Kristoffer and less as the band itself. The album is available in both digital and CD formats. Check it out.



Nature of Wires feat. Sarah B : Two Sides - One Truth
Electronic project Nature of Wires has released a brand new EP titled "Two Sides - One Truth". The EP contains four remixes of tracks which will be included on NoW's forthcoming album, "Out of my System". The four remixes on the album are done by Austrian House producer Andrea Zechmeister, AKA Asota Music International. The digital EP is available under Bandcamp's name your price moniker.



Gdanian : Submersion
Dark ambient producer Gdanian has announced that their forthcoming album "Submersion" will be released on August 10th, 2021. Gdanian is the newest member of the Cryo Chamber family as "Submersion" will be the first album released on the record label. The nine track album is described as a "deep underwater album". Pre-orders for both the digital and CD versions of the album are available now. 



Laurent Colson : Temporal Land
"Temporal Land" from witch house influenced dark electronic producer Laurent Colson released back in 2020. But after finding success with their recent album "Dark Celebration", Colson has printed a physical version of "Temporal Land". The physical version of the album comes in a round metal box with a red CD. Inside are seven double-sided art cards that illustrate all the tracks on the album. Grab yours here:

Dark electro / aggrotech project Yetzer Hara has released a brand new two-track release titled "Like Death". The double contains the title track as well as a remix from Alien Vampires. The digital double is available for purchase on Bandcamp and can be streamed below.

Darkwave / alternative band Vaselyne has released their new EP "Waiting to Exhale". The three track release contains the title track, an instrumental version of it, as well as a demo of the song. Magic Wands : Wash the Tears Away
Dreampop / post-punk outfit Magic Wands has released a brand new single / music video titled 'Wash the Tears Away'. Shot during the pandemic when restrictions were tight in Los Angeles, Magic Wands "went out into the night seeking signs of life". The video was shot in one night when the band was hanging out with a friend and aimed to capture both a mood and a moment in time. 'Wash the Tears Away' comes off of Magic Wands' 4th LP "Illuminate" which is due out this summer. 


3TEETH : Paralyze (feat. Ho99o9)
Industrial metal band 3TEETH has released a brand new single featuring Ho99o9 titled 'Paralyze'. The song has also been co-produced by DOOM composer Mick Gordon, who has become something of an industrial metal legend due to the pair of soundtracks he produced for both video games. Alternative band Ember Twin has released a music video for their single 'Beautiful Liar'. The video stars member William E as The Deceive who, according to the band, is 'showing his rotten core' throughout the music video. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016.
