Dead Astropilots - "No Control"
In 2018 Dead Astropilots took their electro-meets-coldwave attitude to their debut LP "New Control" in full force. Picked up by French record label Manic Depression Records the project has moved on to release a brand new remix album titled "No Control" featuring twelve songs in total. Most of these names are ones that I have not heard of before but that's not a bad thing; that just means there's more music in the world to be discovered. Stream / purchase the collection directly below:

Vortex - "Helioz"
Drone / dark ambient project Vortex caught the underground scene's attention with their acclaimed trilogy featuring the albums "Kali Yuga", "Moloch", and "As Gods Fall" all released under the banner of Cyclic Law. This time around (and as the cover art might suggest) the album concerns itself with solar mythology through history and the cultures and religions found within. The album is out in both digital and physical CD formats. You can stream / purchase it directly below:

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
