Gress - "MMXX"
Dark atmospheres under the moniker of dark electro come out to haunt on Gress' new release "MMXX" via JST Records. This four track release has a definitive haunting and obscure theme to it as even the cube in the cover art seems to be up to no good. Llyn Y Cwn - "Dinorwic"
This post-industrial (not as in the genre, but as in after an area has been industrialized by companies reaping it's benefits) meditation focuses around a quarry and the nature that seeks to reclaim it. The Dinorwic state quarry is where the field recordings were taken; the subterranean environments perfectly suit an ambient atmosphere. Dronny Darko & ProtoU - "Metta"
Dark ambient / drone veterans Dronny Darko and ProtoU have returned for another collaboration together titled "Metta". This five track album serves as a follow up to their other collaborative album "Earth Songs" and will be released via revered record label Cryo Chamber once more. Jason Priest - "Is Missing"
Synthpop producer Jason Priest (a side-project from Antoni Maiovvi) has released a brand new album titled "Is Missing". The eight track album focuses on themes of sobriety and a comedown after the producer moved back to London from NYC. The year is 1990. The music is pulsating. You can check it out directly below:



Medhelan - "Nocturnal Wanderings"
Dark ambient and dungeon synth combine to provide an experience that only Medhelan can offer on their new album "Nocturnal Wanderings". The four track album contains meditations that last for ten minutes and longer. This is in part a remaster as the first two songs on the album were originally recorded in 2009, re-edited and remastered in 2015, and have now found their way onto this special edition. Tracks three and four were composed and recorded between 2010 and 2015 but were also re-edited and remastered in 2019 and have not been heard yet. This experimental / noise hip-hop release takes producers such as Skyler Durden, Travis Omen, Stelvio, Ubik MXDXCII, and many more and slaps them into a small little compilation. A collaboration effort between record labels Light Item and Solium Records, the album has been released in both digital and limited edition cassette formats (at the time of this writing there are only four copies remaining online). Aima and The Illusion of Silence - "Spiritui Carmen"
A crossover of both neofolk and ambient textures, Aima and The Illusion of Silence is an up and coming project that seems to have a lot going for them. Their first single off of their soon-to-be-released album "Music for certain Rituals" has been released on YouTube and showcases the projects love for both fantasy and medieval themes. Like many other artists in quarantine right now, dance-punk maniacs Pretty Addicted have been finding ways to keep themselves busy. And by busy, I mean they did a wholly DIY music video for their new single 'Puppet'. The video features a multitude of Pretty Addicted friends and fans singing, dancing, and posing along to the song.
