Azfarat, previously known for their harsh noise albums, has released a brand new, dark ambient album titled 'Shambles'. Part documentary detailing the life of a poor citizen in rural, southern Arizona, the albums darker tones perfectly connects with the depressing situation explored. You can purchase / stream the album directly below:

This is an album about living poor in rural United States, about being tired to the bone, about the unique relationship we develop with entropy when we don't have the time or the resources to keep the things in our lives in perfect working order. It's about the intimacy of a collapsing barn against the grandeur of storm clouds breaking on a desert mountain and the creeping dread of a border patrol helicopter hovering too low in your back yard.

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
