Sound the alarm for SINE, the project from dark electronic musician and producer Rona Rougeheart, has announced that her next exodus in music will be released this Friday, January 19th. Not one to be contained like a kaiju trampling through a city, this fearsome force is not releasing the album on one, but two different labels. Both Re:Mission Entertainment and eMERGENCY heARTS are tackling this album head on with digital, CD, and vinyl releases. Of course, my mouth is watering for that lovely, lovely vinyl. 

SINE is not alone on this venture as EBM legend Claus Larsen (of Leaether Strip) served as a producer on the album. He stated that it was “a pleasure to be let into her dark universe and slow captivating grooves. Rona has a huge talent, and working with a fellow artist with such a passion is an honor for me.” Coming along on the album is Denver, CO hip hop producer AwareNess who collaborated with SINE on ‘Dark Matters’. Rougeheart stated about the single, “[He] randomly sent me a sample of some music he created and asked me what I thought. I liked it, but I told him, ‘You can go darker…like, way darker.’ He quickly returned with a sample of the darkest, sexiest soundtrack that was so incredible.” 

SINE also enlisted the help of Chase Dobson, another Denver native. The artist and producer has a ton of solo projects, but has also served in live production for such acts as Kanye West, Rihanna, M83, Tycho, Rüfüs Du Sol and Röyksopp. 

"Luxuria" will be released on January 19th, 2024.
