Post-Industrial/Techno Legends Lords of Acid Announce Kickstarter Campaign For New Album "Pretty In Kink"
Post-industrial/techno legends Lords of Acid have announced a fan-drive campaign via Kickstarter to fund their upcoming album Pretty In Kink. The idea was originally conceived by Rocco Corsari, the unofficial leader of the Lord of Acid Backstage Group, as a way to get the ownership away from a record label and instead into the hands of fans.
When talking of the Kickstarter, Praga Kahn had this to say: We've always had an amazing relationship with our fans. Thanks to our fans, we've been able to do so many outrageous things we never expected to do. They made all of this possible. Our Kickstarter campaign allows us to take this one step further. Our fans will help us to create, fund and promote the new Lords of Acid album. I cannoit wait to make Lords of Acid history with our fans!
The initial goal of $32,000 has already been met but Lords of Acid have included additional stretch goals which will extend bonus perks. The campaign will end on January 7, 2017 and you will not be charged until the deadline is met. You can donate HERE and check out the lists of perks below:
