ARTIST SPOTLIGHT : Ships In The Night : When I Was Found
Ships In The Night has done it again. The solo project of Alethea Leventhal is a dark, dreamy, synthpop affair which only gets better and better with each release. 'When I Was Found' is her most recent single and thanks to the ambient nature of her track, and the layered vocals in the track, I find myself flowing through a subconscious stream of thoughts. It's quite lovely. The single is available on Bandcamp for purchase and I highly suggest you add it to your wishlist.

Chemical Sweet Kid : We're Not Gonna Take It
Chemical Sweet Kid seems to be on a cover kick if this and their previous single are anything to go by. Their previous song was a cover of 'Paint It Black'. Now, the industrial rock project is taking on Twisted Sister's 'We're Not Gonna Take It'. The single has been released on all major digital streaming services, including Bandcamp. Alien:Nation : Extraterrestrial BIOS Systemshell
Harsh electronic project Alien:Nation has announced that their new album "Extraterrestrial BIOS Systemshell" is available for pre-order via Insane Records. Out on July 9th, 2021, the album will contain two discs. The first disc is the original album featuring collaborations with Midian Dite, System Noire, Chamaeleon, and Cryptic Dawn. EBM project Exferno has released a brand new single titled 'Baader-Meinhof Wagen'. Talking about the single, Exferno states, "Where I live you often see middle aged women driving around in huge SUVs that they obviously don't know how to handle. This is a song about that." billion o'clock : The Grief Whole
Noise-rap producers billion o'clock have released their debut album "The Grief Whole" via Solium Records. Though the album only contains two tracks, the A-B sided released spans exactly twenty-two minutes and twenty-three seconds on both sides. The limited edition cassette of twenty-three copies is already gone, but you can still grab the digital release below. 



StaTiK SeKt : Without Tomorrow
Industrial / futurepop duo StaTiK SeKt has released their debut album "Without Tomorrow". The two producers mentioned above have released their album "dotla" via record label ant-zen. The album has a very personal touch as KLET explains that they tapped into memories of their childhood living in an Eastern Bloc country. This album also pays tribute to the suffering people after collapse who were either consumed with drugs and alcohol, suffered the effects of crime, or committed suicide. Omar Doom, known for his roles in Quentin Tarantino's Inglorious Basterds and Death Proof, has released his debut EP under Straight Razor. Straight Razor is a dark electronic project flowing through the likes of darksynth beats, industrial mechanics, and EBM basslines. Controversial : Violence
Industrial band Controversial has released a visualizer for their single 'Violence'. The track comes off of their most recent release on Cleopatra Records, "Second Genesis". Fuj Kluk : Krz Krvák
Lo-fi darkwave project Fuj Kluk has released a brand new music video for their single 'Krz Krvák'. The theme of the lyrics are negative emotions, as the video follows a protagonist working their way through these very emotions. Fuj Kluk describes his music as a bit of therapy. TAYNE : Coherent
Noise rock band TAYNE has released their brand new EP "Coherent". The six track EP contains four original songs as well as two remixes from Poisonous Birds and Jesu. The band has stated that these songs were originally meant to be part of a full album, but they were so distinct that they formed their own little EP. They have also stated that this is just a taste of what is coming from the band and to look forward to their upcoming full-length. J:dead : A Complicated Genocide
J:dead has released a brand new single and video titled 'A Complicated Genocide'. This is the second single from the project which has released under Infacted Recordings. J:dead has stated that the video is "a visual adaptation to the song as well as the theme of the album; being that we all wish to rid ourselves of certain emotions, yet these emotions make us who we are." AL1CE : Electrical
Blending elements of electronic music, darkwave, and progressive rock, AL1CE is a band dedicated to bringing thematic imagery and fantasies to life. The band has stated that they are inspired by the looking glass concept in Alice in Wonderland. Their latest single, 'Electrical', has been described by the band as "in the allegory of Plato’s cave, the robots in the video represent the call to find truth in the world of illusion. Their tethered chains play into the over-arching theme of AL1CE’s upcoming album “As Above, So Below” – the breaking of chains and finding of freedom." Industrial band Fleischkrieg has released a brand new video / single titled 'Reach' which features goth and industrial artist NUDA. The single comes off the band's upcoming album "Herzblut" which is due out in October of 2021.
