Brain Surgery Machine Rhythmic Noise, Industrial Organic_Cage Mhhh, i always had the impression Organic_cage was from Denver. When i went for a bit more info i found it's actually German. When i think about it, that's no suprise because Vendetta Music label owner Dave only looks for kickass music to release and not from where a band is from, or what music they make, which is totally cool in my book. Musically they go further where the old staples of the rhythmnic noise scene like Converter or Asche took the turn for the artyfarty. Its experimental, adventurous, but still highly infectues and very dancable. Heavy beats are pounding, noises are screeching and it all is extremely dirty and groovy. Songs like "Extreme Paranoid Conditions", "Planet Starbucks" and "Wishing hell" will work well on floors, and a track like "Der letzte macht das licht auf" is fantastic noise in the better Mono No Aware tradition. There are also slower more experimental tracks on the album which break it up nicely and on the end we will also find some remixes of which the Chainreactor remix of "Jack Daniel'z" is superb. Organic_Cage is a very good harsh industrial/rhythmnic noise band, which should get some more love from people and DJ's in the dark scene. They excel in maintaining an harsch underground feel, while at the same time being dancable and accessable and that's a talent only the best have. If you loved Converter's "Blast furnace" this one is on your wishlist! 450
