EXEcution Industrial, Electropunk Klutæ Claus has done it again, masterfully with the Execution Double Disc. That signature unpolished mastering that Claus is known for. For a mix tape with greatest hits and new tracks it hits the spot for all Klutæ / Leæther Strip fans. Some of the reason that Claus has done so well for so long is that you sometimes never know what you are getting for example "I Wanna Fuck Now 2012" has a very REV CO feel about it. "Tequila Slammer" Claus' homage to The Champs song titled "Tequila", was entertaining to say the least. I hate to say it but I was let down by "Nose Candy", I understand that this is a compilation album of Klutæ's work however, this is the first time I've been able to say anything about it. "Nose Candy" is a Leaether Strip song and should have been left that way, the electronics, vocals and, guitar make for a noisy overkill when they hit head first with one another. That was my ONLY real complaint with this burning force of an album put out by this mad man of industrial. I was ver pleased by the "Idea+Design+Plan= Produce (Remix)" it almost had an And One aEBM feel to it, also appropriate since that is the Klutae album it originally found its home with. All in all I can't say that this is Claus' best work but, it is a good album none the less and considering as rumor has it there are only 55 very lucky people to have the limited edition boxed version of this album, this is a must have album for any Klutæ/Leæther Strip fanatic. 450
