During the early to mid 90's Trial established themselves as a true force in the electro industrial EBM scene thanks to their 1992 club hit "Blut und Eisen". Torsten's precision drumming and haunting vocals paired with Erick's mesmerizing keyboards paved the way for two classic albums, Zero Feeling and Secret Pain, both important documents that solidify Trial's long standing legacy. As the years went by, the members drifted apart . After a reunion and attempt to make a comeback with the a double CD No Fate, the band went their separate ways to pursue other interests. In 2011, Trial contributed an exclusive track to Electro Aggression Records' monster statement Old School Electrology 4CD Box filled with several resurrections that may rival the content of the Bible.
