Dark electronic project Massive Ego has released their brand-new EP "The New Normal" in both digital and CD formats. On "The New Normal", Massive Ego returns to roots re-discovering what made their debut album "Beautiful Suicide" a fan favorite. Synthpop influenced melodies meet the darker side of 80s music once again. Each of the individual songs have a theme. 'You Will Comply' comments on a pandemic weary society; 'Fake Star' takes into account the number of satellites in the sky; 'Dead Black Eyes' explore self-destruction; 'The Vampire's Wife' brings forth the gothic nature of the band, and 'Not Without Consequence' brings forth acid vocals and a harder beat. You can stream / purchase the EP directly below.

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
