Canadian Industrial music project x.a.o.s. has released a brand new music video for the song 'Big Daddy' off of his most recent album Algea. Described by the musician himself, the music video is a NSFW cartoon featuring "...deliberately childish and crude (in more than one sense of the word) animation that explores the sexual sublimation and hypocrisy of christian beliefs and practices." This comes at a time when the Catholic Church's top ranking Australian Official has been recalled from Rome to face sexual abuse charges against children simultaneously with a government-sanctioned public survey in regards to same-sex marriage. A vocal opposition is claiming moral high ground speaking against same-sex marriage, but the hypocrisy is as clear as day. You can stream the video directly below:

Algea is available for order as a limited physical edition wrapped in butcher paper and twine, as well as in digital formats, HERE.

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
