Ever since the release of Remotum Ex Carnis Sancta, Venal Flesh has had many eyes upon them. With their dark electro inspired sounds of some years ago, a lot of people fell in love with their crisp sounds and distorted melodies. And, one of the very big labels that saw the potential in them would be Alfa-Matrix, to which family they now belong.

In celebration, Alfa Matrix and Venal Flesh have both announced the new EP from the act, titled Sacrament To The Scalpel. These eight tracks will surely show off the skills that the duo has been working on for some time now, with Dan Barrett of Worms of the Earth and DJ/model VanityKills exercising their musical talent to the fullest.

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
