South Africa based electro producer Acretongue is now working on his second album, "Ghost Nocturne". Since the release of "Strange Cargo" in 2011, Acretongue's work has been regarded very well by fans and critics alike, and with the new album already half done, you can only expect more from him.

"Nocturnes are musical compositions that originated during the 18th and 19th century, mainly inspired by or evocative of the night. They are generally thought of as being tranquil, lyrical and rather gloomy, with occasional expressive highlights. As I think these traits apply nicely to Acretongue currently – and as I'm rather the night owl – I found it quite fitting." - Nico J. (Acretongue)

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
