Adoration Destroyed - "You Should See Me In A Crown"
Covering Billie Eilish has become something of an uncommon phenomenon in the industrial and dark electronic scene. I don't blame other musicians for covering her songs; she's very talented and her production is polished. That being said, Adoration Destroyed just released an EP titled after and featuring a cover of Eilish's 'You Should See Me In A Crown'. If that's not enough, there are two new songs on the EP as well 'Blackout Again' and 'Tonight'. You can stream and purchase the EP directly below. P.S. Mr. Gustafson. I do want to see you in a crown.

Abbey Death - 'Land of Confusion'
'Land of Confusion' is a popular song from English rock band Genesis that was made popular again in 2005 by Disturbed when they covered it. Denizens of Brutal Resonance and industrial rock and goth lovebirds Abbey Death have decided to take their own stab at the cover possibly fighting against the incredible boredom of quarantine. Nonetheless, the cover is available via their Bandcamp page. Purchase / stream it directly below:

Cervello Elettronico - "No Sides"
Who's ready for another crunchy rhythmic noise and industrial dance EP from Cervello Elettronico? If you're not saying "I am!" then get outta here because the project is back on SquareWav with this new five track EP. Three brand new songs including two remixes from Veldt and Compactor are yours for the taking. You can purchase / stream the EP below:

De Tot Cor - "nordfosc"
Spanish dark electro project De Tot Cor has returned after four years since their previous album "Damage Doom Death". This is a ten track album available under Bandcamp's "name your price" moniker and you can check it out below:

Lunacy - "The Search For Fallen Field"
I've only just heard of this band due to their release on Somatic, the record label that brought us a cassette version of Street Sects' "The Kicking Mule" as well as one of my favorite releases of last year Mvtant's "Gore / Mirrorshade". This new release is a bit of an experimental bend of drone, ambiance, noise, and industrial. But, if you're up for something like that, check it out below. It's available in limited edition cassette and digital formats:

Neon Lies - "Loveless Adventures"
Neon Lies is a synthpunk and darkwave band who have just released their new album "Loveless Adventures" via Wave Tension Records. If you're in the mood for lo-fi darkwave that's raw as raw can be then this might be something for you. It's out in both digital and vinyl format. You can stream / purchase it below:

Astari Nite - 'Capulet Loves Montage'
With the amount of times we have covered Astari Nite's various adventures throughout the past couple of years the post-punk and goth riddled band should have their own page on Brutal. But, can you blame us? Their music is good and their aesthetic matches perfectly. That's shown well in their new music video for their single 'Capulet Loves Montague'. The single comes off of their upcoming album "Here Lies" due out on Negative Gain Productions on May 8th. You can pre-order the album HEREand you can stream the video directly below:

Ministry - 'Alert Level (Quarantined Mix)'
Like many other musicians in the current quarantine situation, Al Jourgensen has not been asleep and is currently in studio quarantine working on the band's fifteenth studio album for Nuclear Blast Records. While the album is unannounced Ministry did just drop this brand new single so you can get a taste for what the album will sound like. Check it out below:

Eye Steal - 'What Is This Life'
If you follow every single piece of news that we post (we thank you for that) then you are probably at least familiar with the name Eye Steal. No, they don't actually pluck your vision centers from your skull, but they do make industrial rock oriented music and have released a brand new music video for their song 'What Is This Life'. The band has also stated that they have plenty more content slated for release this year so keep on the lookout. You can stream the video directly below:

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
