You lay asleep at night. The sweet, cool breeze of night flows through your window as you happily snore. You have two-point-four-kids, a white Picket fence, and a decent sized house in the middle of a safe suburb. There's not a thing in this world that you love more than your life and your family. You are, in fact, living the American Dream. Alas, you waken to the gurgled, blood-choked sounds of something nefarious; you hear hands slamming against your doors and smell the wretched, foul stench of death coming for you and your family. You watch your children and spouse get torn apart by the ravenous claws and sheering teeth of the once mythological undead. And the only way out is by fighting fire with fire. You grab your chainsaw and you rip and tear. Welcome to the "American Nightmares". 

This is the premise of synthwave producer Absolute Valentine's upcoming full-length album "American Nightmares". The gore-soaked, B-movie inspired album featuring a fed-up lass wielding dual machine guns has been announced for both digital and limited edition CD pre-orders. Set for a release date of January 22nd, 2021, we have a special treat for you; two new songs from the album are streaming here and now on Brutal Resonance.
