Black Snow 2 Other Various Artists I was not aware of the fact that Black Rain released Christmas special compilations and now that I do, I wish I somehow can remove it, if not by mental power, surely by physical force. Even if I try to look at it as a funny thing or in a sarcastic way, it's still terrible. There are two tracks on this 13 tracks compilation that are worth your time. Psyborg Corp's "Angels We Have Heard On High (ProtonIced Version)" is great and the heavily folk inspired "It Happened On Christmas Day" by Leaether Strip is simply amazing. The rest of it is a terrible Christmas gift, it reminds me of when I got a nesting box for birds as a birthday gift from my aunt many years ago, they have pretty much the equal turn on factor, however, I think that the nesting box actually wins. The sad (sadder?) part is that Black Rain wants money for this. If it was given away as a Christmas spoof I might have seen the fun in it, but now, all I can say is that you stay away from this. You hear me? This is the smelly, drunk and homeless version of Santa. 150
