Industrial slaughterhouse project x.a.o.s. impressed us greatly with his unique take on experimental death industrial. It was back in October of 2014 when I interviewed the creator of the project, Baph Tripp, wherein an extensive questionnaire between he and I led to him saying that he was hoping to have the album out by late 2014/early 2015. Well, that didn't happen. However, I am here and more proud than ever to say that x.a.o.s. is finally ready to roll out the first single/video combo 'Dysphoria' coming from his upcoming album Algea. You can stream the video below:

To give everyone a taste of what the new batch of songs is like, x.a.o.s has uploaded a terribly-pixellated version (thanks to YouTube's recompression algorithm) of the NSFW-ish video for lead song "Dysphoria" (a hi-res version of which will be included with the physical release of the new album). - Baph Tripp

Algea is expected to see a full release in late April, so keep your eyes out for that. For more on x.a.o.s., check out his Official Website

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
