I was an absolute fan of Vokor-X's debut album This Means War as the synthwave anthem was damned good enough to compete with even the biggest names in the scene. Likewise when I heard that a music video came out for the title track I was on it. I was even more pleasantly surprised and in love when I found out that the music video was done in pixel-animation style with a huge focus on cyberpunk realms. This, ladies and gentlemen, is how to do a perfect music video. Animated by artist Gyhyom and originally premiered by 80s inspired YouTube channel LuigiDonatello, here is the music video for the title track of the album 'This Means War':

While the vinyl and CD editions of Volkor X's This Means War has sold out, there are still awesome cassette copies left in stock. Go get yourself one if you appreciate this music before it sells out! You can order them HERE

I've been writing for Brutal Resonance since November of 2012 and now serve as the editor-in-chief. I love the dark electronic underground and usually have too much to listen to at once but I love it. I am also an editor at Aggressive Deprivation, a digital/physical magazine since March of 2016. I support the scene as much as I can from my humble laptop.
