Whoa whoa whoa! Over the last few days we've had a pretty full-on stream of announcements of pretty damn promising releases. Here's my pic of the best of 'em:

Mind.In.A.Box - Revelations - 24/1/12
-------------------------------------------------------
The long-anticipated new full-length release from Stefan Poiss and co, and the first since their split from Dependent, this release continues the narrative thread from Lost Alone, Dreamweb and Crossroads. Previews suggest this release taking a more aggressive and direct approach, although still sticking pretty closely to the formula that has made MIAB such a cult hit.

Inure - The Offering - 28/2/12
------------------------------------------
Inure have been mainstays on the US industrial circuit for years now, and it seems their time to shine has finally come, as they're releasing The Offering on none other than Metropolis Records. Metro has been putting out consistently awesome shit the past couple of years and they show no signs of letting up soon (disregarding the new Eisbrecher album, but that's another editorial!). Their single This Is The Life gives an exciting glimpse of what the album offers - Ted Phelps of Imperative Reaction takes up the reins on production, and a slew of super-talented and prestigious remixers contribute. Get excited.

Formalin - Wasteland Manifesto - 3/3/12
----------------------------------------------------------
Berlin based electro newcomers Formalin are gearing up to release their second album. Rather infuriatingly, they seem to be following in the current trend of releasing previews that have bugger-all to do with the actual album, so I suppose we'll just have to look at all their immaculately posed photographs and trendy graphic design instead. Their previous album Bodyminding was pretty decent, but without any proper previews of the new material I have to say I'm a little cautious. Well established scene acts like Grendel can get away with it - just. Don't get cocky, Formalin.

Rabia Sorda - The Art of Killing SIlence - 3/3/12
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Rabia Sorda are without a doubt one of the most underrated acts going today. In spite of a tour with Combichrist and two excellent albums throwing together electro and punk in some really fascinating, original, catchy configurations, Rabia Sorda only seemed to gain a certain cult following, and the two albums that were released were rather sadly deleted from Out Of Line's back catalogue. So as you can imagine, I was pretty stoked to discover that both albums have been re-released as a remastered two-CD set with all sorts of extra goodies. If you haven't already picked up Noise Diary or Metodos Del Caos, then the 3rd of March gives you a perfect opportunity, and you won't regret the purchase one little bit.
